Positive: Our stay at Kalipay Resort exceeded expectations! The facilities were excellent and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even made sure we knew the correct price before taking a tuktuk so we wouldn’t get scammed, which we really appreciated. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was fantastic and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to explore. We loved our room, while it was a bit far from the main area, there were plenty of shops and places to explore within walking distance. Renting a motorcycle is definitely recommended to get around easily. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days, and honestly, we wished we could have stayed even longer!
Negative: The only minor downside was that the toilet occasionally had a slight sewage-like smell, but it didn’t affect our overall experience at all.
